3) Send me a bank statement dated in the last 30 days showing the funds you'll be using to purchase homes. . be sure to white out all sensitive info before sending it over

4) Give me an example of the type of home you would buy (be sure to clearly describe the home, the purchase price vs. repaired market value, how much $$ you expect to invest in repair)
